Sample order and pre-shipment sample confirmation. High solution detailed photo will update before per shipment. And all contract and quality are traceable after sold.

3.What's the cost I should pay for whole business?

The whole fees you should pay is Cargo fees,Sea or air freight charge, Voluntary on Insurance, Import tax and Inland delivery charge to your door.

We also offer C&F or CIF price,the whole charge you should pay for is import tax with inland delivery fees.

4.I'm a home owner and I need small quantity, what do I do?

Please check with our sales team for stock,or the retailer in local place.

5.Can I get a door to door service? or can I get the tiles delivered to my door?

Yes,we offer door to door service by courier(Fedex,UPS,DHL)or DDP by sea or air shipment,which makes your job easy.

6.Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?

Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.

7.What if the tiles are broken during transition?

Our warehouse and factory are insurance guaranteed for the safety of goods. We will sort out the reasons and provide solutions. We sure you will be properly compensated.
